Antonio Conte has hit back at Jose Mourinho's suggestions that some managers behave like "clowns" on the touchline and noted that Mourinho himself isn't blameless when it comes to that.
The Special One proclaimed: "The only thing I have to say to end the story is that, yes, I have made mistakes in the past on the touchline".
If you needed any more proof that there's no love lost between Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, you have it now.
When it was put to him that Mourinho's penchant for outspoken quotes might be a form of deflection, Conte replied: "I don't know".
"I was asked about my passion and, you know, I was speaking about myself and then the question to the Chelsea manager was that I said he behaved like a clown", said Mourinho.
"I was saying I don't need to behave as a clown to show passion, that I control my emotions in a better way".
"I celebrated goals by running 50 metres. I repeat that sometimes for example, Wenger forgets that in the last few games we finish the game with 10 men when they won FA Cup and Community Shield, and I think the referee decisions were a bit odd, you understand?" I am not free of that, especially if it is a winning goal in a specific moment.
"I think that he has to see himself in the past, maybe he was speaking about himself in the past, yeah?"

When asked about those comments on Friday, Conte said some of Mourinho's past behaviour must have slipped his mind, and used the Italian phrase "demenza senile" to suggest that maybe the Portuguese boss was losing his memory in his old age.
Or a similar incident while Mourinho was in charge of Chelsea, when the London club scored late to eliminate Paris Saint-Germain from the Champions League in 2014. "That never happened to me and will never happen".
"What never happened to me - and will never happen - is to be suspended for match fixing".
The surprising reference to "match-fixing" drew a follow-up question as to whether it was directly aimed at Conte.
"Sometimes I think there is, I don't know the name, but demenza senile. when you forget what you do in the past".
The literal translation is "senile dementia", but Chelsea moved to clarify that Conte had been searching for the Italian word for amnesia.
