Police have rushed to the home of Tori Spelling in Los Angeles after a 911 caller reported that the celebrity was having a "nervous breakdown". While she reportedly didn't have any weapons, she was agitated enough for someone in the house to call 911.

Sources also told TMZ that Spelling had called police Wednesday night because she believed someone was breaking into her home.

Officers were seen speaking to the 44-year-old's husband Dean McDermott outside their home in Los Angeles where he appeared to show them the inside of his arm, according to TMZ.
