Bethesda hints at imminent announcement associated with the Fallout series

Fallout 76 BETHESDAFallout 76- Bethesda reveal new Fallout game and it's not Fallout 5 or New Vegas 2

Either way, this is still big news, so expect to hear much more about Fallout 76 and when we are likely to see it hit shelves in the weeks to come.

The Fallout 76 teaser trailer doesn't offer much information. In case you haven't followed too closely to the overall lore of the Fallout series, the Vault-Tec vaults were pitched as ways of surviving the oncoming nuclear apocalypse, but were actually set up as extensive scientific experiments, subjecting their occupants to a multitude of odd or terrible things, including poison, psychological torture, and sometimes worse. This doesn't mean Fallout 76 is the only thing they're now working on, either; it's just a bit of an unexpected twist. According to the Fallout Wiki, Vault 76 is "a "control" vault, with 500 occupants". Those sources go on to claim that the upcoming Fallout game will differ from existing titles in the franchise, serving as an experimental twist that offers something unprecedented in the series.

Bethesda is developing the game itself, with the same team based in Maryland that worked on "Fallout 3" and "Fallout 4" working on the project.

The trailer opens on a room with a cover of John Denver's "Country Roads" playing. For some context, the first "Fallout" game's events took place in 2161.

Here at Game Revolution it's been non-stop talking about Fallout, which fits pretty well because it seems as if all of the world has caught the same bug too. Bethesda Game Studios is the development studio, the group that makes the main games including Fallout 3 and Fallout 4.

Bethesda Game Studios has released a teaser trailer for its latest game Fallout 76. It's set in 2102, at least.

However, while this is all we know about the game so far from the official sources, other media reports believe they know what kind of gameplay will be included. While it's fair to say that some familiar Fallout moments of action and interactions will be present, it's important for us to see footage of the game in-action, along with showcasing just how different this game will be.
