A San Francisco mom says she was "shocked" when her neighbor threatened to call the police on her 8-year-old daughter for selling bottled water without a permit over the weekend. SFPD later confirmed to ABC7 News they did not receive any calls about anyone selling water. "This woman don't want a little girl to sell some water. She came out and directly demanded to see a permit to sell water from an 8-year-old", Austin said.

Dubbing Ettel #PermitPatty, Austin posted the video online, where it has since been viewed by millions of people.

"As of today, Magnolia will no longer be carrying Treatwell Tinctures", the Magnolia Oakland dispensary said in a statement on Instagram.

Ettel hides behind a short wall and Austin walks over to her.

Jordan Rodgers' entrepreneurial efforts were anything but thwarted because she went out the next day and made bank. Those facts notwithstanding, she had the audacity to go on television and tell the world that she is now being "discriminated against".

Austin and Rogers said that they would not be accepting Ettel's apology, NBC News reported.

It seems like any day that ends in "y" brings another case of White people, mostly women, calling the cops on a Black person for existing.

The woman told Austin she would call the cops if they couldn't produce a permit.

The girl said of Ettel: "She asked me where is my permit".

The family could still make the voyage to the Magic Kingdom if Jordan could help raise money, Austin told USA Today. "Whether she's black, brown, orange, yellow, purple", Austin told Inside Edition.

"I was on some extreme deadlines", Ettel told CNN's Dan Simon. The internet has taken that and run with it, comparing the woman to "BBQ Becky", who called police on a group of black people barbequing in an Oakland park last month. "She said if we didn't give it to her she'd call the cops", the girl's mother said. "I never expected all of this to come from me posting a video of a woman who was harassing my daughter".

Ettel has since apologized for the incident, claiming that she was only pretending to call the police and that there was "no racial component" to the incident.

"It was all the mother and just about being quiet ..." I completely regret that I handled that so poorly'. "It was completely stress-related, and I should have never confronted her", she added.

She also blamed her poor decision of being stressed out.

"It's not your property", Ettel said at the end of the clip.

As for Jordan Rodgers, there's been a happier ending to the story.

Jonathan Brannon also stepped in to buy the tickets for the Disneyland trip.

Ettel did say that she used a stern voice when she approached the child about selling the water without a permit. You're screaming. You're yelling.
